"Ni" means Reflection and "Van" means Motion. When reflection meets motion, Nivan happens.

Nivan was founded by Niketa Jhaveri, Founder and Curator, a UX and AI research leader who has spent her career studying how people and technology shape each other.

Leaders and practitioners across AI, UX, design, research, product, innovation and technology. Our 2026 audience came from more than 95 organizations and 11 industries, with over half at manager level or above.
