Own the day to day publishing and visibility work that keeps Nivan's ideas circulating between events.
Blog and written content: Turn session recordings, speaker conversations, and event takeaways into published posts on nivan.live, including formatting, images, internal links, and SEO basics like titles, meta descriptions, and alt text.
Event and resource pages: Keep event listings current across the website, Luma, and relevant aggregator calendars. Update speaker bios, agendas, ticket links, and post event recaps so no page goes stale after an event closes.
LinkedIn engagement: Draft and schedule posts, then actively comment on behalf of Nivan in speaker, partner, and community threads. This is relationship building, not broadcasting, so the tone needs to sound thoughtful and human rather than promotional.
Content repurposing: Break each session into short clips, quote cards, and carousel posts so one recording produces several weeks of material across LinkedIn, YouTube, and the newsletter.
Editorial calendar and tracking: Maintain a running calendar of what publishes where and when, plus a simple monthly view of what performed well so the next cycle gets better instead of just busier.
Speaker and partner content coordination: Collect headshots, bios, approvals, and promo assets ahead of each event, and send speakers ready to share graphics and copy after so they amplify without extra effort.

Keep the Nivan website current, on brand, and easy to find.
Event and landing pages: Build new event pages on our Squarespace 7.1 site using our existing brand system, including speaker sections, agendas, ticket links, and signup forms.
Site maintenance: Keep existing pages current as speakers, dates, and ticket links change, and swap in post event recaps so nothing goes stale.
SEO and AIO: Complete page titles, meta descriptions, URL slugs, and image alt text so pages surface in both search engines and AI tools.
Templates and consistency: Build reusable page and post templates so every new page stays on brand without starting from scratch.
Squarespace 7.1 experience required. Comfort with Code Blocks and Code Injection is a plus.

Project Manager and Event Producer, Nivan
Keep every moving piece on track in the weeks leading up to each event.
Timeline and tracking: Build and maintain the event project plan in Asana, with owners, dates, and weekly status.
Speaker coordination: Track bios, headshots, slides, and confirmations, and keep speakers moving without chasing.
Vendor and venue: Manage follow through with venues, AV, catering, and production partners.
Sponsor deliverables: Track what was promised to each sponsor against what actually shipped.
Run of show: Produce the final run of show document and a post event wrap noting what worked and what to change.
Professional project management experience and experience producing business or professional events required. Fluency in Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, or similar.

Help turn an existing pipeline of interested companies into partnerships.
Outreach: Open conversations with prospects from our existing target list, personalized rather than templated.
Meetings: Book intro meetings and manage scheduling and follow up between conversations.
Deal support: Prepare materials, track where each conversation stands, and keep momentum between meetings.
Partnership fulfillment: Help ensure what we commit to a partner is delivered, since that is what earns the renewal.
B2B, SaaS, agency business development, or corporate sponsorship experience required. Must be fluent in technology industry language, since you will be speaking with senior leaders at tech companies. Familiarity with UX, design, or product is a plus.
